Mahindra XEV 9S 2026 is recently launched with a great excitement. Mahindra’s newly launched ngle-seater XUV looks quite good from every angle. Mahindra XEV 9S Exterior (Front/Side/Rear profile)
Starting from the front profile, this Mahindra 7 seater electric SUV is bold and rugged. The end-to-end DRLs extending all the way down looks wonderful. The projector LED headlamp is bold in design. Also the front grille is completely closed with line patterns. Mahindra’s illuminated logo in the center and a 360° camera is down it. Front parking four sensors are also given which is good for safety purpose.
The side profile of New Mahindra XEV 9S is quite impressive. The first thing to notice are 18 inches Goodyear tires with black alloys. The indicators are integrated in the ORVMs. Mahindra has been using flush door handles in all its SUVs and same pattern is also followed here. Multiple doors unlocking options such as with an NFC card, tapping mobile, or keyfob are great.
At the top a panoramic sunroof is given which extends all the way up to the second row and is also openable.
The rear design of Mahindra XEV 9S SUV car looks quite similar to the XUV 700. A shark fin antenna installed at the top, stoplights, and wipers with good functionality. Mahindra’s eliminated logo is again in the center along with 9S badging. The rear bumper design is almost similar to the front bumper. Four parking sensors are present in the rear also. The taillights are sharply angled with this nice pixelated design.
Car Dimensions
This electric SUV of Mahindra is 4.3 meters long, 1.9 meters wide, and 1.7 meters high. It has a wheelbase of 2.7 meters, and ground clearance of a massive 200 mm.

Now let us know about interior, available features. The first thing you will notice while entering inside is Mahindra XEV 9S dashboard. It features a triple display setup with 12.3 inches screens each. One is for co-passenger, middle one is common and the first one is the instrument cluster. The response of all screens is quite fast.
Let us know discuss about the front seats features. Both the driver seat and the co-passenger seat are electrically powered by six way adjustments options with the memory function. The steering is in D-cut style with glossy panel. You can see the Mahindra logo in the center of the steering also.
Mahindra has also taken good care of rear passengers. Both rear passenger seats are ventilated, adjustable and comes with recliner. Three headrests for all three passengers at the back. You’ll find an armrest with two cup holders in the center. The good thing is that the front seat adjustment buttons are also accessible from rear. A tray also there for storing small items.
Two screens for entertainment purposes for both passengers in the rear given which is good. Sun visors are there. The legroom and headroom are decent where a person with 5.7 feet height can sit comfortably. The under thigh support could have been a little better. The floorboard is completely flat creating no problem for middle passenger. There’s also a small space for storing some items. For charging gadgets, there are 65W charging ports on both sides.
Let us come to the third row know. Third row space of Mahindra XEV 9S is very limited with not enough legroom.
There is barely any headroom for an adult person. Cup holders are available on both sides of the rear also. There’s also a sound adjustment option, which you can adjust with a knob. A 12-volt socket is also available at the rear which is nice. Headrests for both passengers but, it’s a bit difficult for full size adults to sit in the third row of Mahindra XEV 9S. However, children can easily fit in.
Rear Boot space
With all seats up, there is hardly any boot space is left. But if you fold the third row seats then a 500 liters of boot space is available. But the good thing is that the frunk space is quite large which is 150 liters. You can comfortably accommodate a small suitcase and a few bags in the frunk space of Mahindra XEV 9S.
