1. Mahindra XUV7XO
The first name in our upcoming cars in 2026 list is the Mahindra XUV700 going to debut on January 5, 2026. Its features major changes in the exterior and interiors. This car will look like company’s recently launched Mahindra electric XEV 9S.

2. New-Gen Kia Seltos
The reason for the success of Kia in the Indian Automobile sector is its rapid introductions of facelifts of its popular cars. The company has now recently launched the all-new Seltos which is the second-generation model of the popular mid-size SUV. The new model of Kia Seltos is based on a new K3 platform. The interior and exterior design looks completely fresh.
Kia Seltos Facelift Dimensions Changes Details
There have been significant changes in the dimensions of the car. Now it is 95 mm longer and 30 mm wider as compared to its outgoing model. These changes have also resulted in the longer wheelbase which has grown by 80 mm.
The SUV comes with similar engine options which are already going great. It will be available in 1.5-litre NA petrol, 1.5-litre turbo diesel and 1.5-litre tGDi petrol engines.

3. Maruti Suzuki e Vitara
Everybody knows that Maruti is the leader in the Indian four wheeler market. The much awaited Maruti Suzuki e Vitara which is the first electric car of the company has already been revealed. This will likely be available in the first month of 2026 and the prices will also be announced then.
Talking about the features, this first electric car of Maruti has two battery pack options,

- 61 kWh
The company’s claimed ARAI range is up to 543 kilometers with a single charge. The power output is 172 bhp and 193 Nm of peak torque for the bigger 61 kWh battery pack option. It is based on the Heartect-e platform and comes only with front-wheel drive configuration.
The e Vitara will be available in three trim levels, i.e. Delta, Zeta and Alpha.
4. Skoda Kushaq Facelift
The Kushaq is one of the most loved mid size SUVs by Skoda. The car was spotted on the road during testing and it looked fresh. Its first facelift update is expected in January 2026 which will witness significant changes. Major changes includes as:
- Revised front fascia
- New set of alloy wheels
- Refreshed rear profile.
- Panoramic sunroof

The details of changes are not confirmed yet but the car will be Based on the CMF-B platform. It will feature a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine which generates 154 bhp power and 250 Nm of peak torque.
The design of Duster will be inspired from the international spec model.
